This page contains software for the analysis of spatial genetic and spatial phenotypic structures of plants and animals (Spatial Genetic Software), for the geographic assignment by use of genetic and metric data (GeoAssign) and for the analysis of population genetic data (GDA_NT 2021). Further you find a program for the simulation of polygenic traits and their genomic basis in breeding populations (SNPscan breeder). The computer programs have been developed by Bernd Degen and co-authors.
