Das Tierwohl in Deutschland soll sich grundlegend verbessern. Um Fortschritte messen und Veränderungsbedarf erkennen zu können, müssen bestimmte Tierwohl-Indikatoren überprüft werden. Im Projekt Nationales Tierwohl-Monitoring (NaTiMon) werden die Grundlagen dafür erarbeitet.

Tierwohl von Milchkühen auf dem eigenen Betrieb objektiv messen – dafür steht die im September 2021 veröffentlichte Tierwohl-Check-App. Um die Anwendung dieser App zu erleichtern, geht nun eine neue Lernplattform online.
