Dr. Daniel Kübler - new staff member

Since October Dr. Daniel Kübler is member of our team in the department ‘Forestry Worldwide’.

Dr. Daniel Kübler works in the project „LaForeT - Landscape Forestry in the Tropics”, where he will analyse the effects of different silvicultural scenarios on potential forest use and selected ecosystem services in Ecuador, Philippines and Zambia.

Dr. Kübler holds a degree in “Forestry science” with a focus on tropical forestry from AgroParisTech, France and the Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg and a PhD in Forestry from the TU München. He gained ample professional experience in interdisciplinary projects working on sustainable forest and land management and reforestation in Brazil, Ecuador and Madagascar.
