ITTO: Dr. J.M. Schröder appointed evaluator for the Fellowship Programme

For the enhancement of human resources and technical expertise from the forest and timber sector the International Tropical Timber organization (ITTO) launched a progamme which comprises the sponsorship for post-graduate studies, document publication and dissemination as well as travel grants.

The maximum amount for a fellowship is US $ 10,000. The Fellowship Selection Panel comprises six individuals, three from producer member countries and three from consumer member countries. Dr. Schröder’s appointment was recommended by the German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL).
