New international cooperation-partners:

Further Memoranda of Understanding for the collaboration within the project LaForeT have been signed with local partners from Ecuador and the Philippines.

For cooperation with local institutions in Ecuador and the Philippines in the frame of the project LaForeT „Towards policy approaches for improving livelihoods, sustainable forest management and conservation” different Memoranda of Understanding have been signed.  

The following partners of cooperation support the execution of the LaForeT project in their countries:

Philippines

  • Ecosystems Research and Development Bureau (ERDB), of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) College, Los Baños, Laguna, Republic of the Philippines Represented by its Director, Dr. Henry A. Adorando  

Ecuador

  • Technical University Louis Vargas Torres in Esmeraldas, Rector Dr. John Anton Faculty for Agriculture and Environment, Project leader Dr. Digmar Lajonez
