Paper on cost-effectiveness of forest climate mitigation measures

A recently published article in “Forest Policy and Economics” deals with the question of how the carbon storage in forest and wood products can be increased, and which costs are associated with it.

The article presents a comprehensive interdisciplinary research project in which costs and effectiveness of various forest climate mitigation measures were investigated. The authors from various Thünen Institutes also included external environmental costs in their comprehensive framework.
